&lt;/b&gt;When the link to register online is ready, it will be posted here. Simply click the link and follow the directions.

When the form becomes available, it will be posted here. Simply click the link, print out the form, fill it out, and fax to Complete Conference Coordinators at (630) 416-3333 or mail to the address on the form.

&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Registration Cancellation
&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
The registration fee will be refunded, minus a $25 administrative cancellation fee,
if notice is received by mail or fax by July 20. All cancellations must be in writing;
phone cancellations are not accepted. Refunds for workshops will be offered only if
the event is cancelled or is filled at the time your registration is received.

To qualify for the Organizational Registration fees, the institution must be an ATHE organizational member. The registration fees listed are by 1st registrant, 2nd, etc. For example, if you are sending four participants, the first person will pay $325, all other registrants pay $225.

&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
For ATHE student members interested in applying for a Fellowship Fund Grant to
reimburse you for your conference registration fee, please submit a letter requesting
this grant with your registration form. Fellowship recipients are asked to provide
six (6) hours of volunteer assistance during the Conference. You must be an ATHE
student member to apply for a Fellowship Fund Grant. Fellowships are limited.
Awardees will be notified prior to the conference in order to schedule their hours.
Fellowship recipients should check-in at the Conference registration desk to confirm
their volunteer schedules.

 <title>Award for Leadership in Community-Based Theatre and Civic Engagement</title>

&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
In order to honor a high level of commitment and longevity, this award for &lt;b&gt;Leadership in Community-Based Theatre and Civic Engagement &lt;/b&gt;is reserved for an individual or theatre company that has worked in the field of community-based theatre and civic engagement for a minimum of ten years. The following is a list of criteria for judging the candidates:&lt;br /&gt;
1. Innovation of approach&lt;br /&gt;
2. Artistic quality&lt;br /&gt;
3. Contributions to the field&lt;br /&gt;
4. Regional impact&lt;br /&gt;
5. Demonstration of community need&lt;br /&gt;
6. Depth of civic dialogue&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Emphasis may include focusing on individuals or theatres who help facilitate communities in creating theatre that reflects their constituents and/or on those who develop lasting relationships with those communities. Theatre companies that are nominated must have an operating budget of $150,000 or less. The award should not go to an artist already honored in a major way by the mainstream but to an individual or company that does important work but is less well known.

Nominators must provide letters from supporters who also address the above criteria. The letters should come from a range of people, including critics, academics, board members, audiences, and participants. The support letters must be sent to the nominator. If a nominator receives more than ten letters of support, only the strongest ten should be sent, in their entirety, along with the nominator&#039;s letter. The nominator’s letter plus all additional support letters and material must be sent to the subcommittee chair.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The selection sub-committee of ATHE, appointed by the chair of the Awards committee, has gender, sexual, racial, and ethnic diversity.
